As a class A General Contractor (often referred to as a GC) we are approved to do all types of work in the state of Virginia. We also have master electrician licenses to do all types of electrical work for homes or businesses.
We coordinate all of the permits and licenses needed for all of the jobs that require a permit.
Keep in mind that not all General Contractors or Remodeling contractors are equal, and not all GCs can perform all work, or have all of the area of expertise in all trades. Therefore, we use subcontractors for the job that requires other types of work and expertise such as HVAC and plumbing.
